The pound cake is made with a blend of Lemon Drops tea (Ceylon Black tea, lemon verbena, lemon peel) & Raspberry Rooibos tea (tea with raspberry pieces) finely ground and added to the flour. Concentrate of the tea, fresh raspberries, and lemon zest. The pound cake is drizzled with homemade lemon drops & raspberry tea. A fresh raspberry and peeled lemon wedge as a garnish. This is sweet and tart at the same time. Weighs 5 ounces. Enjoy.
